The Elita’s staff in the area has the task of instructing and promoting the companies we represent and making their strengths and most identifying characteristics known. Every day they visit the customers (retailers, architects and design studios) to update materials, promote exhibitions and provide technical and practical support in realizing orders and projects. The Italian office will then filter the orders and send them translated to the various companies in order to speed up the processing development of the same. Native speaking staff will also provide a translation service and assistance regarding the administration and transport services we provide. Warehouse workers communicate with sales managers daily, informing them of the arrivals and departures of goods. We also offer expert installers to grant an extra service of furniture installation around the world.
Our staff will be able to assist and support you through a constant assistance and updating service. The customer will be accompanied in all phases of development of the order, with the help of highly qualified native speaking collaborators. The staff present in the area ensures the updating of commercial and advertising material, instructing sales staff. In our offices, in addition to updated catalogs and price lists, you can find all the samples relating to the collections of the companies we represent. Inside the Italian office, based in the center of Udine, there is the administrative responsible and the transport manager. Then there are the commercial responsibles of each company represented and an interior designer ready to provide a technical, graphic and stylistic support. Furthermore, for the most demanding clients and for high-level projects we collaborate with prestigious Italian architects.
Our headquarters in Italy is located in the heart of Udine, in the north east of Italy, in one of the most identifying and historic streets of the city. Inside, in addition to our offices, there is a showroomof high level design furniture from which our customers can draw inspiration. Inside the showroom we have all the necessary materials for carrying out sales courses dedicated to our collaborators (designers and architects). Consultation of catalogues, graphic programs, installation of the same, management of sample materials… are all topics that are covered during the courses. To complete them, visits to the companies themselves are combined, so that the customer can understand the production dynamics and come into direct contact with the company and its operators. The visits and training sessions are followed by native speaking staff.
Elita is able to provide its customers with a complete logistics service. Starting from the collection and storage of the goods in the warehouse up to the customs clearance procedures and the complete management of transport in Europe and throughout the international territory. Our qualified staff will be able to evaluate and, if necessary, reinforce the packaging in order to avoid breakages or missing items, check the quantities and specifications of the products and the correspondence of the labels identifying each package. We also provide an installation service by qualified installers who know the products we represent, willing to reach any corner of the world and with the skills to solve any kind of problem.
